Program Terms & Conditions

Payments

• Payments are due as agreed at the time of purchase or enrolment.
• Where a payment plan is selected, all instalments must be completed regardless of participation or attendance, unless otherwise required by law.
• Failed or overdue payments may result in access being suspended until the account is brought up to date.

Access and sharing

• Access to digital products, programs and memberships is personal to you and cannot be shared, resold or transferred.
• Login credentials must not be provided to any other person.
• We may suspend or terminate access where sharing or unauthorised distribution occurs.

Intellectual property

All program materials — including workbooks, curriculum, frameworks, recordings, templates and resources — remain the intellectual property of She Evolved Collective.

Materials are provided for your personal use within the program and may not be copied, distributed, taught or repurposed without our prior written consent.

Events, cancellations and transfers

Event registrations are subject to the cancellation and transfer policies published for that event at the time of registration.

Where a transfer is permitted, it must be requested in writing within the timeframe published for that event.

Refunds

Programs, memberships, events and digital products are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to delivery

She Evolved Collective may update program delivery, presenters, schedules, venues or content where reasonably necessary, while maintaining the overall value of the experience.

Community standards

• Participants are expected to maintain respectful, professional and supportive behaviour within all communities, rooms, programs and events.
• Discrimination, harassment, intimidation and disruptive conduct are not tolerated.
• Breaches of community standards may result in removal from programs or events without further access, subject to applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
